I’m coming back, maybe with a new signature – Kaywa talks about his previous catchphrases

CEO of Highly Spiritual Music Label, Kaywa has disclosed that he might be coming out with a new signature voiceover as he has plans of rebranding himself.

Speaking to Caleb Nii Boye on Showbiz927 on 3FM, the music producer took listeners down memory lane on some of the signatures his label has had in the past.

“I started with ‘Sleeker than the average’, then I went into ‘Kas3 Kaywa’. There was ‘Ma grashi wu’. Go back to some of the old highlifes, you hear it. I came to ‘Kaywa’, then ‘Kas3 Kaywa’, ‘I don’t know what I go talk oo, wu kas3 Kaywa’ then ‘Highly Spiritual’,” he stated.

Narrowing the submission down to a particular signature he had in the past, the award-winning music producer shed light on how one of his signatures, ‘I don’t know what I go talk oo’, came into being, adding that it was done with the involvement of Stay Jay’s manager.

Music business is not demonic – Kaywa

“That is Stay Jay’s manager called Under. We had finished Eddy OG’s song. I always want something new so I was looking for something. He actually came into the studio at the time we were discussing something new and so we asked him to go into the booth and say something. While there, he said ‘I don’t know what I go talk oo’ and I was recording and realized that this is what I was looking for,” he indicated.

He further hinted at coming out with a new signature as he is rebranding himself.

“I am trying to rebrand myself and come back … I’ve mastered a lot of songs but I’m coming back, maybe with a new signature; something new, creative and will revamp the whole Kaywa production,” he pointed out.
