A NEW DAWN IN KOFCITY

The music scene in the east is getting better since the new crop of rappers are coming together to form a clique that will record songs, promote and also perform together . This great initiation is being engineered by emceeDYCE who is bringing on board eight different creative artists from the rap fraternity, an in-house producer and a photographer who will take care of their freestyle videos and promo pictures. He named the group B.A.Kof which simply means Bois At Kofcity and that is also to send the signal that all these boys are all from koforidua in the eastern region. Unity has been mean factor to these eastern musicians which they complain whenever they are being interviewed. “I believe we are one people with different approach to that success and that is what I am trying to bring to reality and also my element to help us unite as rappers in a region” emceeDYCE said when we asked him why this bold step ? .





This rap group consists of el kojo( silence ), Jay kobbi , rhapLord revelation, tapolin (king tap), Jamaika , king passion, LereSteez and magma with drumBoi as their producer and olando studios their photographer. They have worked on a couple of songs which are soon to be released and are working on some videos too. On Wednesday 6th of February 2019, they officially started their freestyle promo with a freestyle video from tapolin (king tap) shot and edited by Olando photos which will not end there but will continue with more freestyle videos, songs and performances from the camp. This is never seen before in the east and these boys deserves all the accolades for such an approach.
