Transfer news LIVE: FIFA investigated Man Utd deal, Chelsea offer, Barcelona, Arsenal

TRANSFER NEWS LIVE – All the latest rumours and gossip coming out of the Premier League.
Jose Mourinho told he can spend
Man Utd have told Jose Mourinho he can splash the cash in the January transfer window.
Mourinho is desperate to land Atletico Madrid’s Diego Godin, Lorenzo Pellegrini of Roma and out-of-favour Chelsea defender Gary Cahill.
Neymar wants Barcelona return
The Brazil international left the Spanish champions in the summer of 2017 in a deal worth a jaw-dropping £200million.

However, according to Goal, the winger is ready to call time on his spell with the French champions, despite winning a slew of trophies during his maiden season in Ligue 1.

Neymar’s representatives have already been in contact with Barca chiefs over a possible return.
Marcus Rashford to Real Madrid on?
Marcus Rashford is open to moving to Real Madrid.

The Sun say the Manchester United star is willing to head to the Bernabeu if he doesn’t get more game time under Jose Mourinho.

It’s been claimed that Real Madrid want the England striker as well as Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen.

Real have made contact with Rashford’s representatives as they ramp up the pressure on the 21-year-old.
Jose Mourinho defender move
Jose Mourinho reportedly doesn’t mind how it long it takes for Manchester United to agree a deal for Fiorentina star Nikola Milenkovic.

Mourinho was left frustrated last summer as he was unable to land a top class centre-back.

Question marks have been raised over Chris Smalling, although Victor Lindelof has worked his way into Mourinho’s plans.

And now Sky Sports claim Fiorentina star Milenkovic has emerged as a target for the Red Devils.

The report suggests that Mourinho is eager to sign the 21-year-old but doesn’t mind landing him in January or June.

FIFA investigated Pogba transfer
Paul Pogba’s £89m move from Juventus to Manchester United had FIFA scrambling to change transfer regulations.

Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola took home a staggering £23m form the deal in 2018.

And Der Spiegel claim Raiola’s cut of the bargain triggered a probe at FIFA into inflated agents’ fees.

It is claimed FIFA looked at the transfer in case there was a potential breach of third party ownership regulations, and found Juventus had indeed breached their regulations.

But a fine of just £60,000 was issued.
Eden Hazard Real Madrid claim
Marco Asensio Asensio has poured cold water on a move to Real Madrid for Hazard.

Real have been continually linked with a move for Hazard and Florentino Perez is a long-term admirer.

But Asensio has dismissed the rumours, as he said: “It’s speculation. We will see if anyone comes, but right now it’s just speculation.”

N’Golo Kante transfer revelation
Manchester United were silly not to make a move for Chelsea star N’Golo Kante when they had the chance.

That is the view of former Premier League star-turned-pundit Keith Andrews.

Kante has bossed the middle of the park for the Blues, but Andrews is surprised United didn’t do more to land Kante in 2016 and thinks Jose Mourinho missed a trick.

“He is the best in the business at winning the ball back and keeping things simple. In terms of the contract, no-brainer,” Andrews said on The Debate.

“And how cheap was he each time… £5.5m to Leicester and even £32m to Chelsea.

“How Manchester United didn’t go and get him to partner Pogba in midfield, I have no idea.”
Ince slams Pogba and Man Utd
Manchester United should sell Paul Pogba and have done with the midfielder once and for all.

That is the view of Paul Ince, who reckons Pogba’s time at Old Trafford is up.

“I can’t say I’m surprised to hear about the Paul Pogba rumours, suggesting he’s interested in leaving Old Trafford in January,” Ince told PaddyPower.

“He said recently that he was happy at Man United, but I didn’t believe any of that.
However, what worries me is that we saw in the Manchester derby how much United miss Pogba when he isn’t available.

“So, yes, the club will have to think carefully about whether they’re happy to let him go, though I’d say his behaviour over the last year or so would make that decision easier.

“I believe a Pogba move away from United would suit both parties. If we’re being honest, he’s never settled on his return to the club. He’s been inconsistent in his performances, going from world class to looking bang average, and there’s always been whispers and transfer talk surrounding him in that time.

“Some of those rumours have come from his camp, too. But he’s one of those players, that as long as he’s at United there’s will trouble and talk.”
Liverpool happy with deal
More on Liverpool’s deal with Barcelona that was inserted into Philippe Coutinho’s sale to the Nou Camp club in January.

It has emerged Barca will have to pay an £89m premium on top of any Reds player they sign between now and 2020.

And Express Sport understands that has effectively ended any danger of Mohamed Salah or Virgil van Dijk leaving for the Nou Camp.

It is believed the Anfield club are happy to have inserted the clause into the Coutinho deal and are confident Barca will not come sniffing around until 2021 at least.
Chelsea scouting mission
Chelsea will have scouts at Tottenham’s Champions League game with Inter Milan next week – to watch Milan Skriniar in action.

Chelsea are keen to sign a defender in the January transfer market and Skriniar is on Maurizio Sarri’s radar.

Manchester United also want to snap up the centre-back and the Sun claim Chelsea are making an initial move for the player.

They claim the Blues will have officials at Wembley next week for Inter’s showdown with London rival Spurs.Chelsea scouting mission

Bayern target Dybala
Bayern Munich want to sign Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.

That is the sensational claim coming out of Germany today, with Bayern said to be keen on the Juventus striker.

Real Madrid have been linked with Dybala for years but a move has never materialised.

Now, Sport Bild claim Bayern could swoop for the Argentina striker even though he still has four years left on his current contract.
Raiola talks
Mino Raiola has a three-step plan to get Paul Pogba back to Juventus – and the agent is determined to make it work.

Tuttosport claim Raiola has told Pogba to keep a low profile at Manchester United in the coming weeks.

He will then get to work on a transfer, which involves ascertaining United’s demands for a sale, Juventus’ ability to sell and Pogba’s wage demands.

All being well, the report claims Raiola should have some sort of agreement coming by the New Year.
Anthony Martial to Chelsea?
Manchester United expect Chelsea and Juventus to try and lure Anthony Martial away from Old Trafford in January.

Martial is yet to commit his future to the club and Sky Sports claim Chelsea and Juve are ready to pounce.

United recently triggered an extension in the Frenchman’s contract but that will run out at the end of next season.

They risk losing him on the cheap next summer or on a free after the 2019-20 campaign if they fail to tie him down.
Liverpool reach Barcelona agreement
Liverpool have struck a transfer agreement with Barcelona over the sale of future players.

Philippe Coutinho was sold to Barcelona in January for a fee of £142million.

However, according to Spanish newspaper AS, Barca and Liverpool have reached an agreement that the La Liga giants can’t sign a player from Anfield for the next three years.

The news will no doubt be a big boost for Klopp, who is desperate to keep Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
Christian Pulisic decision
Christian Pulisic will decide on his future in January.

Chelsea and Liverpool are chasing the USA international, however, reports have claimed Borussia Dortmund may wait until next summer to sell.

“I’m still focused on Dortmund. We are doing great this season,” said Pulisic.

“Once the break comes [in January], that is always when I will have to discuss with Dortmund and see about my future.”
Marcus Rashford new Man Utd deal
Ed Woodward is looking to give Manchester United star Marcus Rashford a new double-your-money deal.

Rashford’s future has been the subject of much speculation at Manchester United and he has failed to cement a regular starting spot in Jose Mourinho’s side.

The England international, reports have suggested is wanted by Real as part of a double deal that could see Los Blancos raid Tottenham for Christian Eriksen.

But according to the Daily Star, United intend to offer Rashford a huge pay rise that could see the 21-year-old’s wages rocket from £75,000 a week to £150,000 a week.

The report suggests that United’s executive vice-chairman Woodward wants the new deal to be signed before the end of the season.
