“On Friday, Badu Kobi’s car crossed mine. He asked his men to pull me out of the car and held my cloth. I was very frightened. He rained ‘curses’ on me and asked me not to talk about his issue again”.

The embattled NPP man revealed this in an interview on Accra-based Okay FM Monday.

The motive for this attack, Adomako Barfi said was after he replied Prophet Badu Kobi for accusing the Akufo-Addo led government of deliberately collapsing UT and Capital banks for GBC to take over.

Prophet Badu Kobi is claimed to have said Nana Akufo-Addo’s presidency is not ordained by God hence the numerous challenges bedeviling the country.

But the comments from the man of God which did not go down well for Mr Adomako Barfi who also questioned his calling as a prophet.

However three months after their confrontations, Yaw Adomako Barfi said he has known no peace.

He explained that Prophet Badu Kobi has been sending him text messages threatening his life.

The incident between them, the NPP man said is so serious his [Kobi] Spiritual Father, Prophet Owusu Bempah had to intervene.

“I had forgotten about the incident after Reverend Owusu Bempah called and advised me only to meet them last Friday threatening me” he said.

To protect his life, Yaw Adomako Berfi appealed to government to personnel security as he believes the incident if not taken serious can end his life.

But Prophet Badu Kobi reacting to the issue on the same show denied the allegations leveled against him and said he will take legal action against the NPP man for questioning his calling as a Prophet.

“I will drag that man to court and prove to him that indeed I don’t come from God. I am a Ghanaian and have every right to talk about the President and so Adomako and his men cannot stop me,” he said.
