Asante Kotoko secure signing of Kalo Ouattara from Berekum Chelsea

Berekum Chelsea striker Kalo Ouatarra has completed his move to Asante Kotoko ahead of the upcoming season.

The 2021/22 Ghana Premier League champions have already begun pre-season but are still active in the transfer market pursuing their targets as they aim to improve upon their performance last season.

After successful talks with Berekum Chelsea and the player, the Porcupine Warriors have announced the signing of the forward.

The forward appears to be identified by the Porcupine Warriors as one with the necessary abilities to complement their attack as the team aims to improve their goalscoring record from next season.

The 21-year-old striker has agreed to a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee and is set to join his teammates as they prepare for the new campaign.

The striker is anticipated to assist the squad to improve upon last season’s performance, which saw them finish fourth in the Ghana Premier League while getting eliminated from other competitions.
