Gyakye Quayson has three cases before the Supreme Court.

One of the three cases is asking the apex court to review its April 13 decision which disallows him from holding himself as Member of Parliament for the Assin North Constituency

He has also filed the court to strike out the Court of Appeal’s decision to dismiss his appeal of the Cape Coast High Court’s decision that annulled his election.
There is a substantive case filed by private citizen, Michael Ankomah Nimfa urging the apex Court again to rule that James Gyakye Quayson had not denounced his allegiance to another country before contesting the elections in 2020.

The Supreme Court is expected to hear the cases on June 14.
