Treepz celebrates women with first Women’s Forum dubbed ‘Women In Leadership’

Today Wednesday 30 March, Treepz Ghana is holding its first Women’s Month Forum with leading female entrepreneurs and innovators.

The focus of the forum is on motivating young ladies to overcome negative societal stereotypes and seize opportunities around them by breaking the bias around female leadership.

The forum is aimed at empowering women to build self-confidence to become the next generation of leaders and overcome obstacles in their professional and personal journeys.

Joining the prestigious panel discussion is Mama Dzidoasi I, the Sub-divisional Queen mother of Gbi traditional area – Hohoe, Chairperson for the Volta Regional Lands commission and project management expert in monitoring and evaluation.

Another invited guest is Mrs.Tracy Owusu Addo (Tracy Sarkcess), Founder and Executive Lead of Project Brave as well as the wife and manageress of the renowned rapper Sarkodie’s Record label. Ms. Ivy Amy Lawson, the Country Director of Marketnext Ghana and the Founder of the Digital Transformation Hub will also share her valued insights.

“We expect to host around 50 women from various corporate organisations and other sectors.”

The forum will run for about an hour and will be followed up by networking between panelists and participants.
