Kofi Kyereh ruled out of Ghana’s game with Nigeria today

Ghana is set to miss the services of in-form mercurial midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh ahead of their epic world Cup play off game against Nigeria .

The Black Stars will battle the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Baba Yara sports stadium on Friday in the first leg World Cup playoffs as the aim to secure a slot for Qatar 2022.

Ahead of the game Starr FM sports can confirm that the in-form St. Pauli player Kyereh will not be risked by the technical handlers of the team because of a knock he picked up at training.

“The medical team are still monitoring him but from all indications they wouldn’t want to risk him for the first leg tie for him to recover fully for the return fixture” a close source told StarrFM sports.
