Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said that investment must be the third most important conversation in Ghana after security and public finance

“That should in my view be the 3rd most important conversation in Ghana (after security and public finance),” he said in a tweet on the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Annual Investment Summit dubbed #SparkUp2021 !
