Mahama and Akufo-Addo are ‘incompetent twins’ – Kofi Koranteng

An independent presidential aspirant, Mr Kofi Koranteng, has described both the main opposition National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) 2020 flag bearer, Mr John Mahama, and President Nana Akufo-Addo of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) as “incompetent twins”.





In his view, the NPP is in power today because of the incompetence of the NDC when it had the reins of governance.

Speaking to Nana Yaw Adwenpa on CTV’s morning show Dwabremu on Monday, 23 August 2021, Mr Koranteng warned the NDC against “taking advantage” of the NPP’s “field trip” to do “propaganda”.

“If you had done the right things while in government, the NPP wouldn’t have been in power by now”, he said.

“So, you are part of this country’s problem”, Mr Koranteng stressed.

“What did you [NDC] do, when you were in power?” he asked.

“Nana Akufo-Addo and John Mahama are incompetent twins”, he stressed.
