APPOINT MORE YOUTH IN YOUR NEXT ADMINISTRATION.~~NPP TO NANA ADDO.

The Bono NPP Regional Deputy Youth organizer, Shadrach Abrefa Mensa has called on president-elect, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, to ensure that he appoints more youth to leadership positions in his next administration.

According to him, such appointments will help the young ones to be nurtured and their skills utilized for the development of the country.

Commander Abrefa Mensa speaking on Jomoro based New Day FM Morning Show on Monday, said that President Akufo-Addo must be commended for his policies and commitment in the empowerment and growth of the youth and development of Ghana.

He however believes that, such a move will again create a platform for young people in the NPP party to be actively involved in his governance system and participate even more at the highest level of decision making advancing the course of youth development at the same time.

According to him, the Youth are more energetic, more creative, good innovators and enthusiastic users of technology who fit well in into modern ways of doing things to help carry out the president initiative aiming to shape the well-being of the Ghanaian youth.

He said, consequently, the youth who mostly grassroots members have remained largely at the periphery of the NPP party development structures, with little recognition.

Adding that, The New Patriotic Party grassroots has revealed how hungry and angry they are with their leaders due to their failure to provide jobs for them.

Mr Abrefa Mensah finally called on the leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to appreciate the work of the grassroot supporters and show appreciation for the work that thney did to support the party during the just ended elections.
