Pull down article criticizing John or meet us in court – Lawyer tells Peacefmonline

John Dumelo has not spent that much time as an official politician and he’s already getting into the politician’s mindset.

Lawyers for the actor and NDC parliamentary hopeful have written to editors of Peacefmonline demanding a retraction and an apology over an article criticizing Dumelo.

The article was titled “Ayawaso West Wuogon, A Vote for John Dumelo is a vote for Patronage, Impunity and Thievery,”.



According to John’s lawyers, Addo & Addo, the article is defamatory and has brought John’s hard-earned reputation into disrepute.

They warn the site to have the article pulled down within 24 hours or face legal action

Dumelo recently formalized his intention to contest for the seat and already, it looks like his political candidacy would be as headline-grabbing as his showbiz career.
