DCE’s error-ridden letter goes viral

Social media has been hit by an error-ridden letter written and signed by Lawal Tamimu, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District in the Northern region.

An image of the trending error-ridden letter has caused stir on social media with the DCE being trolled.

The letter in question, written and signed on May 30, 2019, which was a notice of the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s visit in the district,was bedeviled with spelling mistakes.

The letter has the spelling of Excellency as ‘Execency’ and officially as ‘officaily’ among others.
