GHANA HOST AFRICAN ROUNDTABLE ON INSOLVENCY REFORMS

INSOL International and World Bank Group in Association with GARIA ( Ghana Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors) is organizing the African Round Table (ART) forum on Insolvency.

This year’s event is hosted in Ghana and themed: “The Freedom to Fail? Insolvency for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise”.

The program is open to the general public on the 7th October 2016 at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra – Ghana with a fee of £100.

Delegates from the African the continent and other part of world, who are top notch practitioners in the Judicial Service, Business Environment just to mention but a few, will be sharing their knowledge and experience on the Insolvency Reforms in not only in Ghana and Africa, but the World.

Ghanadailies.com has confirmed that Her Ladyship Justice Georgina Theodora Wood is the Special Guest of Honour for the program.

Meanwhile, the African Roundtable (ART) was first organized by INSOL International in 2010 to create an avenue for a high level dialogue with both private practitioners and public policy makers on Insolvency Reforms in Africa.

In addition, the program was geared towards elevating or heightening the Insolvency Reforms on the African Policy Agenda and establishing a forum to share experiences and knowledge on Insolvency Reforms among International bodies , Countries and expects.
