Comparing Kurt Okraku's six months in office to Nyantakyi's regime is unfair - Alhaji Grusah

Veteran football administrator Alhaji Karim Grusah believes that it is biased to compare Kurt Okraku’s six months in office to his predecessor Kwesi Nyantakyi’s tenure as Ghana Football Association president.

Okraku has been faced with criticisms from a section of the old guard namely, Wilfred Osei Palmer and Kofi Manu, since ascending the GFA throne.

Earlier this week, Palmer, who was an Executive Committee member of the FA during erstwhile president Kwesi Nyantakyi’s reign, claimed that Kurt Okraku has done nothing at the GFA since assuming office six months ago.

However, Alhaji Grusah disagrees with Palmer’s assertion saying that it will be unfair to compare Okraku’s six months in office to his predecessor during an interview with Nimde3 FM.

“I think it will be unfair to compare Kurt’s administration to that of Kwesi Nyantakyi’s regime because Kurt’s administration have only spent just 6 months in office.

“Since the league started we all saw that the F.A is doing their best. So we should allow them to work, and also criticize with basis and should be constructive.” He told Nimde3 FM.
