Man Utd News – Paul Pogba fuels Jose Mourinho rift talk

Paul Pogba has once again hinted that he and Mourinho aren’t on good terms with one another.

Mourinho has repeatedly dispelled rumours of a falling out between himself and the France international, who criticised the Portuguese’s tactic after United’s 1-1 draw with Wolves last month.

But Pogba suggested he and ‘The Special One’ aren’t on good terms when asked to take part in interviews after the Red Devils’ 3-1 defeat to West Ham, saying: “You want me dead?”

Rio Ferdinand on Manchester United’s current woes

Man Utd News – Several ‘mini-wars’ ongoing in the changing room
Former United defender Rio Ferdinand reckons there’s a lot of discontent amongst the ranks at Old Trafford.

“There seems to be mini-wars going on in the changing room, probably above that as well,” the former United defender told BT Sport.

“There’s mini wars-within the camp. That has to be ironed out, someone within that club has to come in and say get yourselves together and sort it out.

“There’s mini wars-within the camp. That has to be ironed out, someone within that club has to come in and say get yourselves together and sort it out.
“Back in the day Sir Alex Ferguson would have ironed it out. If players stepped out of line in his eyes, they’re gone.

“Whether they’re in they’re prime, they’re gone. David Beckham, Jaap Stam, Roy Keane, Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Something’s got to give here.”

Ferdinand’s old team-mated Paul Scholes added: “This club seems to be in a bit of a mess. “Whether it’s from above Mourinho, we know he didn’t get the money he wanted in the summer.

“He’s been given a lot of money already to spend on players, Lindelof and Bailly especially. It’s early days for people like Fred, you do have to give him time. It just seems like a war right through the club from Ed Woodward to Mourinho and then Mourinho to his players. The players just look unstable.”
Man Utd News – Luke Shaw reflects on West Ham loss
Luke Shaw has admitted he and his team-mates performed abysmally in their 3-1 loss to West Ham on Saturday.

“It was not good enough from a Manchester United team with all the talent we have,” said Shaw, 23. “We didn’t look like a team that was going to beat West Ham.

“If you want the truth I think it was honestly horrendous. I think individually and as a team we were awful.”
