Shatta Wale praises Kwaku Bonsam over prophecy

Controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, born Charles Nii Armah Mensah has praised popular spiritualist Nana Kwaku Bonsam following a prophecy he once gave about him.

Kwaku Bonsam on May 14th, 2016 prophesied about the success story of Dancehall act, Shatta Wale, saying the musician was destined for more recognition, particularly on the international scene.

“Why NDC and NPP are using Shatta Wale’s tracks for their campaign, ‘Mahama Paper’ for NDC and ‘I am coming like Kakai’ for NPP and do you remember I said Shatta Wale was going to get an international award” he asked in a facebook post.

Kwaku Bonsam further called on award organizers in the country to be fair in their presentations in 2017 and give Shatta Wale the due recognition.

Shatta Wale was, on March 18, 2018, honoured at the International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA) in Chicago.

Shatta Wale who claims the prophecy given about him by Kwaku Bonsam has come to pass, in a facebook live video, showered praises on the spiritualist.

“Last year Kwaku Bonsam came live on facebook and made some prophecies about me, saying I will receive an award and I mean international award and here am I today. I have not gone to bribe him in order to make such prophecies. He just came out and made those prophecies.

“I want to thank him so much and may God bless him. Anyone who sees him should tell him to come for his stone because his prophecy has come true. I know anything he says is of God and that is why I believe him”, he said in the facebook post.
