Ursula To Sue A Plus For GHC10m

Communications Minister Ursula Owusu- Ekuful is suing Musician Kwame Asare Obeng popularly called A PLUS after he failed to apologise and retract damming comments he made about her.

A PLUS is reported to have accused the Communications Minister of being part of the alleged shady deal involving her Ministry and the National Communications Authority over the controversial Kelni GVG contract.



The Minister through her lawyers demanded an immediate retraction and apology from the controversial musician and threatened to sue him if he failed.

But A Plus called the bluff of  Ursula Owusu to carry on with her legal threat.

Lawyer for the Communications Minister Garry Nimako- Marfo told Starr News’ Kweku Obeng Adjei  he is filing a writ in court on behalf of his client and will demand 10 million Ghana cedis as compensation damages.
