Premier League money: Top six teams rake in £300m sponsorship deals – but who earns most?

PREMIER LEAGUE teams have been flooded with TV money, but sponsorship deals are still worth mega-millions to the top six.
Manchester City have been the dominant force in the Premier League table this season, and they’re also growing ahead of their rivals off the pitch.

In previous seasons, Chelsea and Arsenal would have challenged Manchester United at the top of the sponsorship money charts.

But City have climbed the rankings as their reputation has grown and now rake in a huge chunk of the £300million worth of deals being paid to the top six.

Shirt sponsors, stading naming rights, sleeve sponsors and training kits are all included in Swiss Ramble’s analysis of finances.



1.Manchester United:Total – £69m (Shirt – £54m, Training Kit -£15m)
2.Manchester City: Total – £62m (Shirt – £35m, Sleeve -£7m, Stadium name –£20m)
3.Chelsea: Total – £58m (Shirt – £40m, Sleeve -£8m, Training Kit– £10m)
4.Liverpool: Total – £56m (Shirt – £43m, Sleeve -£5m, Training Kit– £8m)
5.Arsenal: Total – £40m (Shirt and Stadium name all-inclusive with Emirates)
6.Tottenham: Total – £35m (Shirt – £35m)
