#VGMA2018: Here are the nominees for “Reggae/ Dancehall Artist of the Year”

Organisers of the annual Vodafone-sponsored Ghana Music Awards, are unveiling nominees for this year’s event. Fans, musicians, and other stakeholders are observing keenly to see who makes the cut.

A highly- anticipated date on our music calendar, the ceremony seeks to reward outstanding Ghanaian musicians in the year under review.



Sponsored by telecom giant Vodafone, festival will witness an official launch on March 5, a nominees’ jam in Cape Coast on March 24, a music seminar at the Movënpick Hotel on 12th April, and the main event at the Accra International Conference Centre on April 14. The main event will be followed by a celebration jam in Tema on April 28.

Singer Joe Mettle, currently holds the ultimate title of Artist of the Year.
