Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reveals injury crisis ahead of Chelsea

ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger says he could be without several players for tomorrow’s clash with Chelsea.

Arsenal host Chelsea on Wednesday but Wenger will have a depleted squad to choose from.

Sead Kolasinac picked up a knock in the draw with West Brom and is out for two weeks.

Laurent Koscielny was also taken off with face a fitness test while Mesut Ozil missed the game altogether with a knee problem and has a small chance of playing.



Nacho Monreal, Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey are also out.
Wenger said: “At the moment out injury list is quite long because we lost Koalsinac, we lost Koscielny and we had already Monreal, Giroud, Ramsey and Ozil out.

“The two who have a little chance (for Chelsea) are Ozil. He might have a test this morning but he hasn’t been out at all since Crystal Palace.

“And Koscielny, but yesterday the medical department were pessimistic on Koscielny.

“Kolasicnac is out completely for at least two weeks. Koscielny is 30 per cent available, 70 per cent not.”
