Man Utd news: Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos fires shots at Jose Mourinho

SERGIO RAMOS has hit out at former Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho for his treatment of Iker Casillas.

Sergio Ramos is known to have a strained relationship with Jose Mourinho from his time in charge at Real Madrid.

One bone of contention for the club captain is the way the Manchester United boss treated former Real goalkeeper Iker Casillas.

The 36-year-old is again experiencing being shut out at Porto and has fallen out of favour with manager Sergio Conceicao.




And when discussing Casillas’ current situation, Ramos could not resist aiming yet another dig at Mourinho.
“It’s a situation that catches my attention, it surprises everyone,” Ramos told Spanish radio station El Larguero.

“If there is something personal behind this, that I do not know.

“I wish him to be happy wherever he his and you should not lose your joy. The day you lose it, you will have a problem.
“We are always in touch with jokes and nobody likes to be a substitute when they’ve always been a starter.

“I ask him if the coach is Mourinho’s friend!

“I would not be surprised, I’ve seen this coach at a press conference and he has similar traits to Mourinho.”
