We’ve funds for Princesses – Sports Ministry

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Elvis Adjei Baah has denied rumors that the Black Princesses failed to begin camping as a result of lack of funds.
The female U-20 team were expected to start preparation ahead of their 2018 World Cup qualifying match against Algeria in September, but Adjei Baah said the camping was postponed due to changes in the time table.




“They were supposed to begin camping today and for one or two reasons they [Black Princesses] could not go, there was a change in time table and has nothing to do with financial issues,” Baah told Starr Sports.
Baah insisted the team will commence camping by the close of the week.
