Alexandre Lacazette wages: Arsenal signing to overtake Sanchez and Ozil as highest earner

ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE will become the top earner at Arsenal when he completes his £52million transfer.
Arsenal are set to announce the signing of Lacazette on a club-record deal today.

And the 26-year-old has agreed a bumper wage packet in order to lure the striker to the Emirates.




As well as being the most expensive signing at Arsenal, Lacazette will also become the highest earner – eclipsing the wages of star players Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil.

Both Sanchez and Ozil have been stalling over new contracts as they seek a pay rise to put them level with the top earners in the Premier League, and Lacazette’s deal won’t have done much to improve their moods.

Arsenal are also paying fellow new arrival Sead Kolasinac huge money, with the Bosnian left-back surprisingly raking in more than Chilean Sanchez.
