Market woman cries for Major Mahama

A market woman in Accra has expressed great shock at the gruesome murder of Captain Maxwell Mahama of the 5th Infantry Battalion of the Ghana Armed Forces, which took place at Denkyira-Obuasi in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region.




The woman who was part of some angry traders in the Accra Metropolis Monday stormed the premises of the Accra Central Magistrate Court to catch a glimpse of the thirty-four (34) persons who were sent there for allegedly killing an officer of the military.

Some traders were seen weeping uncontrollably to show how sad they were concerning what they termed the ‘inhuman act’ meted out to the innocent army officer; others could not withhold their emotions but rained insults and curses on the suspects.
