Who told you?

Who told you?

Who told you that something was wrong with you?
And that, you are worthless
Who told you, you are never going to be good enough
And that, your grades will never be better than the Cs or Ds
Who ever told you?
Who told you all you can ever achieve is what you have achieved
Who told you, you are never going break that addiction
Or that, you don’t have what it takes to succeed

Who told you that you are not attractive enough?
And that, your relationship is never going to work
Who told you?
Is it the little voice that never seems to leave?
Filling your head with your limitations
Killing your dreams with complains and set backs from the past
Wake up, shake it off
Cos you are more than that
But no one is gonna tell you that
